These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maison Lafon website at maison-lafon.com and of Maison Lafon Growth OS (“Growth OS”), a social media management service operated by Maison Lafon (“Maison Lafon,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or Growth OS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Our website presents Maison Lafon, The Château Palette™ and our social channels. Growth OS helps you manage your presence on third-party social platforms, such as TikTok, that you choose to connect.
2. Connecting third-party accounts
To use Growth OS features for a platform, you must authorize access to your own account on that platform (for TikTok, through TikTok Login Kit). You may only connect accounts that you own and are allowed to use under that platform’s terms. You can remove Growth OS’s access at any time in the platform’s settings.
3. Third-party platform terms
Your use of a platform’s functionality through Growth OS is also subject to that platform’s applicable terms and policies, including TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Growth OS is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or any other platform.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for the content you upload or publish through Growth OS. You confirm that you have the rights to it and that it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platform where it is published. You keep ownership of your content; you allow us to handle it only as needed to carry out the actions you request.
5. Intellectual property
The Maison Lafon name and logo, The Château Palette™, La Palette des Châteaux™, The Castle Palette™, 古堡调色盘™, and the design and original content of our website and Growth OS belong to Maison Lafon. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect or access accounts you are not authorized to use;
- use our services for anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful;
- publish content that violates the rights of others or a platform’s policies;
- interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or try to gain unauthorized access to our services or a connected platform.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Growth OS features depend on third-party platforms, which may change or limit their services; we are not responsible for those changes.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and Growth OS are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or any particular result, such as reach, engagement or follower growth.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Lafon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, followers, revenue or content, arising from your use of our website or Growth OS.
10. Termination and disconnection
You may stop using our services at any time and disconnect any platform in its settings. You can also ask us to delete your connected-account data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses our services.

12. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will update them on this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
